on 1/8/08 ordered my favorite Carpaccio. This time the meat stuck to the plate. It was obviously straight from the fridge. Although it was good, the fact that I had to scrape the meat off the plate (dried on) detracted from the enjoyment of my meal

BESIDE THE FACT THAT A DEAD FLY WAS POURED OUT OF THE PITCHER OF WATER INTO MY GLASS. OUR WAITER GRABBED A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAIGNE, JAMMED IT UP A CO-WORKERS BUTT, THEN WALKED AROUND THE CORNER AND SERVED IT TO THE PEOPLE NEXT TO US. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
