Former Palm Beach Gardens Police officer Nouman Raja told investigators several times that when stranded motorist Corey Jones pointed a gun at him, he saw a “red, flickering laser” shining at him, and thinking he was going to be shot and killed, he fired a volley of shots at Jones.
